About the Role

You will work with individuals with complex disability and mental health needs, including those with forensic histories, delivering high-quality PBS interventions that enhance quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing PBS Plans and functional behaviour assessments
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions across multiple environments
  • Supporting frontline teams to embed best practice strategies
  • Working collaboratively with families, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
  • Contributing to innovative clinical practices and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • NDIS registration as a PBS Practitioner (Core or above)
  • Experience with complex behaviours and psychosocial disability
  • Strong skills in functional behaviour assessment and data analysis
  • A collaborative, relationship-focused approach
  • Relevant qualification (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, OT, Disability Studies)
